Introduction:

Not so long ago we Reviewed the NF-P12 Fan by Noctua, and it was one of the most well made pieces of hardware that we have had the opportunity to lay our hands on. Noctua has since offered us to review another one of their products - the NT-H1 Thermal Interface Material. Naturally, we jumped at the opportunity.

Thermal Interfact Material is something that I have never really been that interested in. I have dabbled in it, but I never really thought the price performance pay off was great. At the most I only ever saw an decrease in one degree over standard silicone oil based TIM. When taking the price of silver based compounds, I always believed that you can get better price vs performance value out of spending the money on a better heatsink. However, I am a great believer in Noctuas products. Will this be the compound that gets me over to TIM for good? Read on to find out.
